Using this, teams must build a sturdy raft that can be manoeuvred through the waters. Risk factors run high and every small detail is integral to the teams’ survival. The perfect raft floats till the team is transported.

Speed without LIMIT. VROOM!!!

In this unique challenge, teams will be given a set of raw material with which they have to create a working model of a man-powered car. The process will begin from perfecting the design right down to the implementation phase. The life-cycle, being complex, will include everything from designing to modifying and testing. Teams learn that Formula 1 is not just about glamorous cars. It involves micro-tasking including designing a brand for your team with fiery logos and colors. Finally, the cars are lined up for a head to head race down the track where the teams prove their mettle.

Sound of music

Drum Jam is the perfect activity to break barriers and release energies. Each member of the crowd is given a large percussion instrument, such as a Djembe. The audience uses their hands to beat the drum to the beat. The hypnotic beat of the drum fills every participant with energy and passion, as they fall into sync with the rhythm. As the beat picks up, the energy levels rise palpably. This promotes healthy relation-ships in a team and, as a result, increases productivity.

Trust for THRUST

The catch, is there really a Saboteur in the room or in teams? If so, their task is to sabotage their teams construction efforts. The Saboteur is a highly trained expert who will do just about anything to put teams out of the race to win the competition. However, teams in order to win, need to ‘vote off their team’ any suspects. Teams need to complete the task successfully without The Mole on their team, which will require all of their skills of concentration, observation, and creativity.
